Bad Pressure Headache
I woke up with a head ache in my shoulders, neck and back of the head. I tried everything to get it to go away and nothing was helping. I believe it was a barometric pressure headache as we had had a shift in weather that day. I picked up the iTera Care and did the protocol of hands and feet and drinking the water before and then went to my shoulders, neck and back of the head. I also did the front of my head, ears and face. Within 10 minutes there was no more headache and it didn't come back.
Hand Injury
I hit my hand on the bone pretty hard while getting ready for Thanksgiving. I was in a lot of pain when my husband reminded me to go use the iTera Care on it. I did NOT use the protocol, but went strait to the spot that I hit on the bone and within minutes the pain was gone and it never bruised. I am 59 years old and my hands bruise when I hurt them, it was amazing to me how quickly the pain was gone and no bruising.
Foot Pain
After being on my feet all day putting on the Thanksgiving dinner for my family with food prep and serving and then clean up, by evening my feet felt broken and I could barely walk on them. I placed the iTera Care on a pillow and pointed it towards my feet. I moved my feet in front of the blower and went to bed hoping I could walk in the morning as I had 3 pies to make for another Thanksgiving dinner with family. I got up no problem and stood on my feet and baked the pies. I was able to go to the Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed the whole day, but again was on my feet too long and again that night my feet were in so much suffering and I could barely walk. I did the protocol again and treated my feet with the iTera Care and the next morning I could walk perfectly fine, not one pain and it never came back.
