I woke up with a head ache in my shoulders, neck and back of the head. I tried everything to get it to go away and nothing was helping. I believe it was a barometric pressure headache as we had had a shift in weather that day. I picked up the iTera Care and did the protocol of hands and feet and drinking the water before and then went to my shoulders, neck and back of the head. I also did the front of my head, ears and face. Within 10 minutes there was no more headache and it didn't come back.
