I hit my hand on the bone pretty hard while getting ready for Thanksgiving. I was in a lot of pain when my husband reminded me to go use the iTera Care on it. I did NOT use the protocol, but went strait to the spot that I hit on the bone and within minutes the pain was gone and it never bruised. I am 59 years old and my hands bruise when I hurt them, it was amazing to me how quickly the pain was gone and no bruising.
