My 5 year old daughter woke up one morning sounding like a cute but miserable little frog. She had no other symptoms of sickness except the loss of voice.

This is very common in our family. So I tucked her into my bed and set the wand up on her.
The wand was warm and soothing which brought her comfort, and about 20 minutes after the session she was able to use her voice again.
Her voice did keep coming and going as she strained it to talk, but each time she used the wand on her throat and chest she was able to cough up dry hard chunks of phlegm and use her voice without as much strain.
